Point #1: It won't raise the price of cap sigs, they'll still be 1k at trader, it will just offer an alternate way to get them.
Point #2: Skills do drop as loot, they're tomes, you don't have to immediately activate the cap sig tome. You can sell it, or use it, just like a normal tome. Basically, there's no reason not to implement this. |
